Our goal was to create a building that is worthy of its place in the city and has the depth and richness of iconic buildings that surround the park, while being a building of its time that can endure far into the future.

A rare opportunity to complete the street wall around Central Park inspired this ground-up residential development, adding to the rich history of unique moments along the park’s perimeter. The building’s façade addresses its 13-story height in a context of early twentieth century six-story buildings by aggregating floor levels in increasing size, thereby creating a reading of a smaller non-repetitive façade.
