JusMin about court decision ignored in Bucharest public transport strike case: Inadmissible, very grave – Stiri pe surse

The Minister of Justice, Catalin Predoiu, stated on Friday that it is „very grave” and „inadmissible” for the court’s decision to suspend the strike at the Bucharest Transport Company (STB) to be ignored, claiming that „everybody should shut up and implement Justice’s decision.”

„Very grave, because this means ignoring the law, but also Justice and this should have people thinking, from judges to prosecutors to MPs. Until where do we go with ignoring the law in this country? What do we need to do urgently to regain confidence in the law and in Justice? Because when we say law everybody should align, when we say Justice everybody should shut up and implement the decisions of Justice. It’s a lack of confidence, to which almost everyone contributed.
