Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu declared on Tuesday that the Social Democratic Party (PSD) will come out first in the upcoming elections in the competition with the other parties, but that does not mean that it will automatically give the prime ministers, if he is elected the country’s president.
Ciolacu was asked if he maintains his idea of not appointing a PSD prime minister in case he is elected president of Romania.
